This article describes how to discover and manage devices using the VIGI Config Tool.

Requirements

VIGI Camera and VIGI NVR

Introduction

You can use the VIGI Config Tool to discover and manage devices in the same local network.

Configuration

Single device management

Step 1. Double-click the icon to launch VIGI Config Tool.

Step 2. Click Refresh to discover devices automatically. Click the lock icon and enter the device passcode to verify the device.

Batch device management

Step 1. Double-click the icon to launch VIGI Config Tool.

Step 2. Select the desired devices. Click Batch Action for batch device management.

Verification

Check the status of the device. When the status changes to Online, the operation is successful.
