This guide makes setup simple for everyone, covering helpful accessibility resources, what’s in the box, how it looks, and where to begin.
Our Aginet app and web management page also offer accessibility features, such as increasing page contrast, switching to landscape mode and increasing font size. You can enable them during setup to make it much easier to set up your device and adjust settings! For more accessibility guidance, refer to Accessibility Support.
Note: For some models, Accessibility features will be supported by subsequent firmware upgrades.

Step 1. Learn About Your Device
This section introduces the device’s package contents and appearance, including its ports, buttons, and product label.
1. Unpack Your Device
Your package may include: the device, a power adapter, an Ethernet cable, and installation guides.
- Power Adapter: A block-shaped charger with a cord. Plug it into the power port to turn it on.
- Ethernet Cable: A thick cable with plastic connectors at both ends. Each connector has a small clip to hold it in place. To use the cable, insert one end to the WAN port on your device until you hear or feel a click and the other end to an Ethernet outlet or a modem. To unplug it, you can press the click and pull it out.
2. Appearance
The device has a rectangular shape and is designed to sit flat on a surface, such as a table or shelf.
Locate the small rubber footpads on the bottom of the device. With the footpads facing down, place the device on a flat surface.
Face directly the side that has recessed rectangular ports. This side is the back panel. The ports and buttons are arranged from left to right as follows:
PON Port: A nearly square port. For connecting to the fiber optic cable.
Reset Button: A small, recessed button that requires a pin to press. Press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds to reset the device to its factory default settings. After a reset, wait about 2 minutes for it to restart.
LAN Port: A nearly square port. For connecting to your PC or other wired devices.
Power Port: Circular in shape. For connecting the device to a power socket via the power adapter.
At the bottom of the device, there is a recessed label. This label includes: the default network name (SSID), the MAC address, PON SN.
Step 2. Set Up Your Device
1. Position your device. Make sure that the device it is within reach of an AC power outlet and near the fiber optic cable or Ethernet cables for wired devices.
2. Power on the device using the power adapter. Connect the fiber optic cable to the PON port. Wait about 2 minutes for it to restart or until the PON LED is solid on or flashing. If the PON LED is solid on, please skip to the next step 6.
3. Connect your computer to the Terminal’s LAN Port via an Ethernet cable.
4. Configure TCP/IP Properties manually on your computer. If the Terminal’s LAN IP address is 192.168.1.1, please type in IP address 192.168.1.x (x is from 2 to 253), subnet mask 255.255.255.0, and default gateway 192.168.1.1.
5. Launch a web browser and go to http://192.168.1.1. Create a password and get started. Go to Basic > Internet or Advanced > Network > GPON setting. Enter the GPON Password and/or GPON SN provided by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to register the Terminal and click Save.
6. Establish your internet connection according to your ISP's instructions. If you need assistance, contact your ISP.
