What should I do if the Bluetooth icon doesn’t appear after driver installation?

1. Make sure you have turned on the Bluetooth in the Windows settings.

 

Tips:

For Windows 11

Step 1. On the taskbar, Click the Network icon. Select Bluetooth to turn it on or off.

Step 2. Go to Start Settings Bluetooth & devices, then turn Bluetooth on.

 

For Windows 10

Step 1. Click the Start button, then select Settings DevicesBluetooth & other devices.

Step 2. Toggle the Bluetooth button to turn it On.

 

2. Ensure you have turned off other Bluetooth devices on the computer before inserting the adapter. Otherwise, withdraw the adapter and turn off other Bluetooth devices in Device Manager. Then, insert the adapter and try again.

 

Tip:

To access Device Manager: Right-click My Computer or This PC, select Manage, go to Device Manager, and turn off all existing Bluetooth devices.
