TP-Link Nordic has established office in Sweden since 2013. In order to continue its rapid growth in B2B channel, we’re looking for a BDM in charge of Nordic value-added distributors (VAD). Candidates can be located in Sweden, Denmark or Norway.
Job role and responsibilities:
- Manage existing and develop new VADs in the Nordics, across enterprise networking and the electrical market.
- Work closely with VADs and internal sales team to develop new VARs, Sis, Installers, MSPs.
- Organize industry events together with MKT team to enhance brand awareness.
- Perform competition analysis.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in account management with enterprise networking solutions or electrical products, ideally with a vendor or VAD.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think deeply, strategically and propose innovative solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to catch the points in a fast-paced environment.

Accompanied with Group strategy in ISP market, TP-Link Enterprises Nordic AB is looking for a BDM for Norwegian and selected Danish ISP.
Job role and responsibilities:
- Consultative solution selling of network related products for new and existing customers in the ISP area.
- Maintain current industry knowledge (Technical and Commercial) to strategically position our products with customer requirements.
- Identify new markets with translation into appropriate propositions, developing new key account customers while expanding existing business, and generating/converting leads.
- Influence product strategy from sales angle for detailed product lines, developing new concepts and attack plan.
- Work within a team environment with Technical, PM, RD, offer support to other areas of the business when required, occasional tradeshow cover and training activities.
- You will also work closely with General Manager to determine market strategy, growth goals, and product/user feedback.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- At least 5+ years of carrier business experience in Router/Mesh or FWA/MBB or OLT/ONT with Telecom and ISP accounts.
- A proven record of success achieving/exceeding sales targets and goals in this product area.
- Strong channel knowledge and familiar with most market players.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Open-minded and keep learning.
