    Business Development Manager - ISP (Alt Net)

    TP-LINK UK LTD, a market leader in consumer and SMB networking solutions, is seeking an experienced and ambitious Partner Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key ISP (Alt Net) partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ISP industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in account management or sales.

     

    Task and Responsibility:

    • Driving new opportunities within the ISP (Alt Net) market with a key focus on the TP-LINK Aginet range of ISP products.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned ISP clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
    • Understand clients business needs and objectives and provide solutions that meet those needs.
    • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide updates on products and services.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and solutions to existing clients.
    • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive the best possible service and to identify new business opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts to clients.
    • Maintain and apply up-to-date technical and commercial knowledge to strategically position our products in line with customer requirements

     

    Desired Skills & Experience:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Up to date knowledge of the ISP (Alt Net) Channel.
    • 5+ Years of IT and/or Computer Network sales experience.
    • A passion for identifying and solving customer pain points, proactively, instead of waiting for others.
    • Track record of building new business in ISP space and management skills.
    • Operates with a high degree of autonomy and can handle the ambiguity of a rapidly evolving workplace.
    • A strong understanding of networking and/or technology as a service.
    • Be able to multi-task, do market research and analyse results effectively, prioritize and influence stakeholders, understand the target market and its dynamics in detail.
    • Team player with the ability to work closely with all areas of the TP-LINK business and cope well under the pressure of tight deadlines on numerous projects.
    • Full UK driving license with a view to visit customers across the whole of the UK depending on office locations, this may entail occasional overnight stopovers.

    We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about people and products. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products and campaigns that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop GTM strategies, define key selling points, and execute product marketing initiatives
    • Identify and advise on product and feature gaps, with particular focus on the Business Wireless and Managed Switch portfolio.

    Requirements

    • A bachelor's degree or above in Computing, Networking/Engineering/Science.
    • Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, routing & switching, and WLAN technologies
    • Demonstrate the ability to effectively network in cross-functional parts of the TP-LINK organisation.
    • Capability to be a self-starter, set priorities and collaborate with different elements of a business organisation.
    • Experienced presenter who is competent at sharing the TP-Link vision and practical product solutions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capable of authoring industry and product related blogs, white papers, and presentations.
    • Good technical understanding of the business class product portfolio and able to articulate to customers and colleagues.

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our accounting department. This role involves managing core financial functions such as accounts payable/receivable, tax, audit and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to lead and develop a team.

    You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will also work cross-functionally with other departments and external advisors to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, organise, and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks of the team
    • Supervise and support daily operations of the accounting team (e.g., AP, AR, GL)
    • Review and approve day-to-day accounting transactions and activities
    • Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings
    • Maintain and enforce strong internal controls in line with accounting standard, tax regulations and company policies
    • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, statements, and audit schedules
    • Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting team performance
    • Identify process inefficiencies and implement best practices for improved workflow
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for improved working processes
    • Monitor the department’s performance against KPIs and objectives
    • Prepare budgets and revenue forecasts
    • Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures aligned with company goals

    Desired Skills and Experience :

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Extensive progressive experience in accounting, including team leadership. Working experiences in accounting firms preferred.
    • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, auditing practices and tax regulations.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP preferred)
    • Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas, data analysis)
    • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
    • ACCA/CPA or equivalent certification preferred  
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
    • Effective communication and leadership skills
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
